For example, using an amethyst crystal could support the Reiki energy in clearing blockages related to the third eye chakra, which governs intuition.
By unlocking the power of energy healing I look to focus the body's seven main energy centres, known as "chakras". When these chakras are balanced, energy flows freely throughout the body, promoting health and inner peace. Depending on your needs, I may work with more than the seven of your chakra’s. During this process, it may stir up stagnant or negative energy that’s been trapped. This release of energy can sometimes feel like a detox, similar to the way the body might feel when it’s flushing out toxins after a physical detox (like a juice cleanse or fasting).
