We offer one on one specialist self-defence sessions no matter your age and ability. Manakai Wellness Centre in conjunction with Manakai Martial Arts combines expert instruction with over 20 years practical experence in real world application and 40 years of Martial Arts training to work with your strengths and develop your weaknesses to best develop your own self-defence techniques suit to you.

What should I wear to the session? Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion, such as leggings or shorts and a fitted top
